Family Integration Coaching
Helping a child with trauma takes a team of professionals who are there to support you, and a Life Coach, who has a focus on trauma and adoption, is one such professional that is a benefit to your successful experience when integrating a child from hard places into your family.
Life Transition Coaching
Life transitions are both exciting and challenging to navigate, and when your teen is facing the massive transition of 'what's next', connecting them with coaching empowers them to not only step into the journey of adult life with confidence, but also know how to continue navigating transitions in the future.
Future Focused Coaching
As the name communicates, planning a future that you are both content and excited with is something that coaching can help you achieve. Become fully empowered to live the life you dream of, and do so with confidence and success.

The first consultation to come up with the coaching agreement is 30 minutes, and is $25.
Coaching services are $75 per hour for an individual coaching session, for a family coaching session the cost is $85 per hour. A minimum of 4 coaching sessions are recommended for teen coaching, and a minimum of 6 coaching sessions are recommended for adoption coaching. Calls outside of the usual coaching time can be requested, and are $10 for 15 minutes.
